CL Miller, better known as Connie Miller, was born and raised right here in Bartholomew County. She is a graduate of Hauser High School and attended Purdue University, majoring in Art and Design. She is also a member and past director on the Tri-County Builder's Association.

Marriage to Bill Miller took her many places as Bill pursued a 23 year career in the United States Navy. He is presently retired from the U.S. Navy and is the Safety and Environmental Director at NTN Driveshaft. Connie became a certified Medical Technologist and a certified Quality Control Technician while traveling with Bill. Who better to make sure you house is built right?

Once she was back home in Indiana again, Connie's decision to turn her talents to the home building trade resulted partly from her own experience in buying and having a new home built. She had many years of experience in buying and remodeling rental properties and 23 years of experience in traveling as a military wife seeking new homes. She has a keen eye for detail and understands the needs of the home buyer. In her travels she has seen many new styles of homes being built around the country and has countless ideas in home planning and building, which is the inspiration for the name of her business.

Connie's goal is to provide not just beautiful homes, but homes that function well. Look closely and you will see many small touches that help make a home easy to live in such as large closets, good use of natural light, easy to clean and durable surfaces, well-planned kitchen and bath areas, and efficient use of all space.

The first home Connie designed and built was entered into the 1996 Parade of Homes competition and was awarded First Place and the People's Choice Award. She is also a three time winner of the Home-A-Rama competitions.

Connie realizes that each family has their own unique lifestyle, therefore, the homes that she designs are as unique as the families that live in them. She would love to custom design and build an award winning dream home tailored just for you.
